Twin wall Polypropylene
Twin Wall Polypropylene is a twin profile extrusion formed by two
skins, joined by a larger number of flutes, giving a semi rigid
board with good strength to weight ratio, being 80% air. This
coupled with the properties of tough copolymer results is a
versatile sheet product that has worldwide application for an
ever-growing range of products.
With environmental considerations being ever-more important fluted
polypropylene solves many of these problems, as products
manufactured from this material are 100% recyclable.

Bonded Honeycomb Polypropylene is an innovative plastic panel, which
is extremely rigid and amazingly lightweight. It is ideal for any
product or application in which high strength and minimum weight are
required.
It is
a three layer polypropylene composite made up of dimpled sheet
sandwiched between two smooth sheets in a proprietary manufacturing
process.

Extruded High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
A versatile material, that has good
weatherproof properties and good low temperature toughness (to –60
degrees C) the material is easy to process by most methods, has good
chemical resistance. Sheet is available to custom size, colour and
