Rapiform

RapiForm is a contemporary shuttering system that offers groundwork contractors a fast and efficient method of creating reinforced concrete ground beams. Manufactured from a combination of steel mesh wrapped in Twin-Wall Polypropylene the RapiForm formwork system combines the structural strength of welded mesh with the lightweight durable membrane of Twin-Wall Polypropylene.

The key to the success of RapiForm is its versatile. Available to suite individual customer requirements and to suite all beam profiles: it can be manufactured as side strips and u section. Corners and custom details such as pile caps are easily achieved on site with basic hand tools.

RapiForm is available is available ex-stock to standard beam profiles. Individual contractor modifications cab be catered for where required.

Site Protection Materials

CPP supply a comprehensive range of site protection products in twin wall polypropylene (correx). Fluted Polypropylene is widely used for the protection of fixtures and fittings during site construction and refurbishment.
